Tony Gareri – CEO at Roma Moulding, Blogger, Speaker and Culture Maven

In 2008, Tony Gareri decided he hated his job but the problem was that he owned the company. That was the year he did a culture restart at Roma Moulding Inc.

As the CEO, he decided to completely rebuild his company because he wanted to have fun every day. In this interview we talk about Tony’s challenges of trying to convince his father that company culture was going to make them money and what happened with the staff when he decided to reboot from scratch.
